Absolutely perfect location, plentiful breakfast, terrific service and the staff was absolutely fabulous. Our room was gorgeous and complete with a nice bathroom. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. The hotel was within walking distance of Kirkby Fleetham downtown.

Breakfast was generous, location was absolute top, staff was hospitable. The double room was well-stocked, included coffee, television and fridge. Generally everything was outstanding, nevertheless the bathroom was tired.

Good value, everything met the criteria. Very clean, pleasant room and loyal staff. Absolutely comfortable bed. Positioned in the calm area. Plus, we were 10 mins by foot from St Andrew's.
